Sponsorship

As a members’ organisation we are dependent on our members both corporate and individual to provide us with support both to maintain and to build our activities.

We price events to cover costs so we rely on other support to assist with the day to day running of the organisation.  Our target, to cover those costs, is c £20,000 per annum which allows us to maintain our activities and over time, to increase the scope of those activities.

Your support is both necessary and appreciated. For more information on corporate sponsorship either for Wales in London or for specific events contact Donae.Lerwill@oxisenergy.com

Sir Karl Jenkins autumn concert dates

Location : London, Birmingham and Manchester
Start Date : Fri 29/09/2017 19:30
End Date : Sun 19/11/2017 18:00

Award-winning composer Karl Jenkins has announced dates for the autumn, conducting a superb programme of some of his finest works.

Karl Jenkins is recognised as one of the world’s most popular and widely performed living composers and his recorded output has resulted in 17 gold and platinum disc awards. Classically trained, but drawing on a diverse range of global influences, Jenkins’ composing style pushes musical boundaries. In addition to his highly successful ‘Adiemus’ albums, which have sold over three million copies in 50 countries, his music has spanned many genres, from ballet and symphonic music to BAFTA-award-winning soundtracks and Montreux Festival-winning jazz. He was knighted in 2015 for services to composing and crossing musical genres.

The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace alone has been performed over 1500 times in 20 different countries since the CD was released. This concert is a fantastic opportunity to experience him conduct a performance of this acclaimed work as well as excerpts from other celebrated Jenkins’ compositions including ‘Adiemus’ and ‘Palladio’.
