Her company offers well-honed communication and presentation skills allied with extensive practical experience of the media world. Within that spectrum, Gaenor offers personal presentation training, voiceover training, copy writing for press releases, brochures, advertisements, media articles - in fact anything that you need rewritten to get your message across in a concise and expert manner. Gaenor specialises in media seminars that will show you how to put strategies in place to raise the profile of your company. Gaenor is chair of the London committee of Tenovus Cancer Care and is a Trustee of Heart UK.

Gaenor has built up an extensive radio, television and voiceover portfolio as hitherto she was a well-known BBC broadcaster whose voice was heard by millions around the world. For twenty five years, Gaenor presented the BBC World Service's flagship World Briefing programme and its main news bulletins daily. She was also one of the station's most established on-air continuity announcers. She started her broadcasting career as a television presenter with HTV Wales, BBC Wales and being a fluent Welsh speaker, for S4C.

Gaenor comes from Ponterwyd in Cardiganshire and has lived in London since 1982. During that time, she has immersed herself into every aspect of Welsh life in the capital. She organises the annual St David’s Day Celebration Dinner. Gaenor is a highly respected concert compere. She has been a stage presenter at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod, the National Eisteddfod of Wales, The Sir Geraint Evans Memorial Concert at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden and the London Welsh Singer of the Year competition. Gaenor has chaired numerous conferences and is also an experienced after-dinner speaker.
